Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive clear, upfront information about the cost of your care.
What This Means for You
If you do not have insurance, or if you are choosing not to use your insurance benefits, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services before your appointment.
This estimate helps you understand:

The anticipated cost of your counseling services

Any additional fees related to your care

What you may be responsible for paying
When You’ll Receive an Estimate
You can request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before scheduling services. If you schedule an appointment at least 3 business days in advance, we will provide your estimate automatically.
If Your Bill Is Higher Than Expected
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges through a federal process.
