I believe you deserve to find joy in the work you do and feel confident doing it. Quality supervision can get you there!
I work collaboratively with you to meet your clinical and business goals. While I’m here to ensure you’re meeting ethical and legal requirements in Kansas, my main purpose is to guide you toward a career you’re excited about. If you’re struggling with burnout, imposter syndrome, questioning your direction, in need of extra support, etc. then that’s where I hope to help you grow.
Supervision is a space for you to explore new practices, lean into your therapist identity, and embrace challenges. That means our relationship is significant to your progress and growth, so making sure we are a good fit is key. I can teach new clinical tools and skills, but ultimately I want to help build your confidence, feel secure, and give you permission to create a career you can be proud of and that works for your quality of life.
