"Therapy is a gift. It is a chance to finally be heard, understood, and supported."

I come from a blended family and started working with a therapist when I was 16 - she changed everything for me. I knew from that experience I wanted to be a therapist. Growing up I experienced multiple significant losses and developed the belief that if I didn’t take care of others, I wouldn’t be loved or accepted. I moved from one mask to another, not realizing how suffocated I was until I met my breaking point: losing my job, questioning why I was here, and feeling utterly alone and hollow. I can see how this breaking point was the moment I needed to make the changes necessary to create the life I have now.

I have done a lot of work to build my self-worth and connection with my true Source. I used to think that was not possible because of how long I lived in a place of constant wanting. I now know what it’s like to enjoy life, feel and be present in my full human experiences, and find joy and connection in my relationships with others - you can too!

What IT'S like to work with me

Don't be scared to walk alone. Don't be scared to like it.

I SHOW UP AS MY FULL HUMAN SELF

I am not a buttoned up, cookie cutter therapist.

I show up in everyday lounge wear and athletic clothing (sometimes I wear jeans), usually running a few minutes behind schedule, and have a variety of beverages around me.

I’m known to curse like a sailor, shit talk when you need to, share personal stories, and get misty eyed when you move into your empowerment.

HOLDING COMPASSIONATE SPACE

I understand how hard it can be to sit in a space that isn’t yours, talking with a person you don’t know about things you typically try to hide from and push away.

I focus my attention on helping you feel comfortable and willing to lean into what’s uncomfortable. Sometimes I use humor or I might just sit with you, reminding you that you’re not alone in that moment.

TOUGH LOVE APPROACH

I focus on helping you feel comfortable, supported, and understood. I think it’s important to acknowledge and make space for your humanness.

I am also here to help you be honest with yourself and not hide behind expectations that do nothing for you, defense mechanisms, and blind spots.

I’m here to hold supportive space for you and will challenge you to get out of your way to the life you want.

I’m a neurodivergent therapist, a mom of two, and the proud caretaker of two giant Great Danes who take up most of my couch and heart. I love travel, with France and Brazil feeling like homes away from home, and I’m deeply shaped by multicultural experiences and curiosity about how people live, love, and connect.

I became a therapist after struggling to find care that truly understood me as a neurodivergent woman, and that experience continues to guide my work.

You’ll usually find me with a coffee in hand spilling it all over myself, a book nearby, excitedly sharing a new topic of interest, building Legos with my son, cooking something comforting, or wandering outside without a real plan. I believe healing happens in spaces where we are allowed to be curious, imperfect, and fully ourselves.

  • I take things literally, which means I value clear, honest communication (no guessing required).

  • Spelling isn’t my strength. Understanding people is.

  • I’m a mom of two, so I live in the real world- not just therapy theory.

  • My brain holds a full map of France for no practical reason.

  • I love spicy food, usually have candy nearby, and there’s almost always music playing- Jim Morrison, The Cure, and whatever fits the mood.

  • I collect acorns… which probably tells you more about me than anything else.

About Me

  • I’m a contradiction- I love being left alone and also traveling the world.

  • I’m autistic, ADHD, and dyslexic- so if your brain works a little differently, you’ll feel understood here.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK WITH ME

NEURODIVERGENT-INORMED, LIVED AND LEARED

I am autistic, ADHD, and dyslexic, and that lived experience deeply informs how I work. I understand what it’s like to navigate a world that often feels too loud, too fast, or not built with your nervous system in mind.

I bring both professional training and lived understanding into the therapy room, especially when working with neurodivergent adults, children, and families.

This means therapy is flexible, paced with care, and attuned to how your brain and body process information, stress, and connection.

REAL, HUMAN AND IMPERFECT

I show up as myself and invite you to do the same.

Therapy doesn’t require polished words, emotional insight on demand, or having it all figured out. We show up as humans, with humor, grief, hesitation, confusion, and curiosity. Some days are heavy, some are quiet, some include laughter or long pauses.

I meet you where you are, without judgment, and we move at a pace that feels respectful of your capacity, not someone else’s expectation of progress.

TRAUMA-INFORMED, GENTLE AND COLLABORATIVE

My work is trauma-informed and grounded in safety, consent, and collaboration.

Many clients come to me after years of feeling misunderstood or overwhelmed by systems that didn’t fit them. I don’t believe in pushing, fixing, or forcing insight. Instead, we work together to understand patterns, protectors, and nervous system responses with curiosity and compassion.

Therapy is about building trust, regulation, and self-understanding in a way that feels sustainable and real.

Guitar And Amplifier

A friend is someone who gives you total freedom to be yourself.
