"I accept the great adventure of being me"

Rooted in Strength,
Branching Towards Hope

Rooted in Strength, Branching Towards Hope

In ancient traditions and beliefs, the tree symbolizes growth, renewal, and the interconnectedness of all life on earth. Trees remind us of the diversity of life itself and like the rings on a tree, each life experience leaves its mark on us.

We believe in the importance of confronting those experiences and finding freedom to be your true self. We all have an incredible amount of resiliency and potential to heal those parts of us that have been broken down, ridiculed and/or forced to be small.

We are here to show you a new path forward. A path that allows you to find stability and strength in who you are, wisdom and knowledge for your past, present, and future, and the courage to create the life and connections you desire.

Meet Kristen

I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) and have experience working with individuals, couples and families (parents with adult children) with a variety of backgrounds, sexual orientations, ages, and cultures. I am dedicated to helping people address the ups and downs in life and help them find their strength and happiness. It is my belief that every person has a deep inner strength and can learn to care for themselves while maintaining close and supportive relationships with others. Therapy with me is full of exploration, flexibility, and deep attunement to you and the things you hide from. I believe in showing up as my full human self when I’m with you.

Meet Hilary

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in Wichita, KS. As someone with ADHD, autism, and dyslexia, I know how difficult it can be to find support that truly fits. I offer a space where you don’t have to mask, shrink, or “fix” yourself—where your experiences are validated, and where we work together to find strategies that actually work for you. I work with both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals, children, caregivers, and couples. Therapy isn’t about forcing yourself to fit into a mold—it’s about creating a space where you can explore, heal, and find what works for you. My approach blends practical tools, somatic work, and trauma-informed care.
